Pumpkin Pie Frappé

1 C roasted pumpkin/butternut squash (preferably roasted with coconut oil)

1/3 C protein powder

¼ C greek style yogurt (Five:AM organic plain or Chobani plain 2% fine)

1 tsp ground cinnamon

small pinch ground cloves

slightly larger pinch ground ginger

1/8 tsp freshly ground nutmeg

1 tsp chia seeds

handful of ice cubes

yogurt to garnish

Place ingredients into blender in the order given.  Blend to creamy consistency.  Serve in a mug with a dollop of yogurt on top. Will thicken slightly if left to sit.

Serves: 1
