Food and I are friends.  We’ve had our ups and downs over the years but through thick and thin (mostly me!) we’ve created a fulfilling partnership.  I’m gluten intolerant and also have a few other foods I have to avoid, onion being the primary one, so the recipes you will get from me don’t use either wheat or onion. The jury is still out on oats for those of us with gluten intolerance.  Apparently oats are easily contaminated with wheat in nearby fields so for coeliac’s they are best left alone.  Not being truly allergic to wheat I can occasionally have a small amount of oats or barley and it doesn’t hurt me.  Gluten free or not, only recipes that pass my taste standards will be included here.  I hope you enjoy them!
