50g plain yogurt
8g xylitol sweetener
4g cocao powder
5g vanilla protein whey powder
SANE grain-free granola or other nuts for topping
Add everything except the SANE granola to a small dessert bowl and stir. If you don’t like the cottage cheese texture, make the mixture in a larger bowl and use a stick blender to blend out the lumps. Transfer to dessert bowl and top with granola nuts… my version is here.
