Dear readers,

Don’t navigate away, you’re in the right spot. While seeking advice to fix a problem someone had when leaving a comment, WordPress informed me my template ‘has been retired’, and I needed to consider moving to a new one that had full functionality. They sent me steps to take, to find one that suited me, but being short of technical experience I inadvertently replaced my previous template with this new one while I was exploring. So, not that I needed another challenge or change at this point in life, one seems to have found me anyway. I nearly soiled my britches when I realised what I’d done. A change is not always as good as a holiday, unless one has really soiled oneself and then it is a very good thing. Bear with me while I navigate the dark waters of technology and hopefully we will both learn something.

This seems to be catching – I honestly and truly hope you did not catch your ‘misadventures’ from me . . . at the moment I have ‘only’ one problem re my emails but two on Instagram and (you would not believe!) another hassle with the NSW Lotteries Office which wants my photo together with papers which do not have a photo! I AM sorry about your hassles and, of course we’ll wait however long it takes and . . .that is a lovely photo of you 🙂 ! bestest .. .

  I’m sure my misadventures are my own doing Eha. I think I’ve worked out the obvious ‘kinks’ in the new blog theme. I’m sorry for you having to deal with such things as well. Thank you for the complement on my photo and for commenting so I can see the message got out there and things seem to be right in the ‘blogosphere’ once again.
