One of the goals I have at the moment is to live in the moment as much as I can. That is always a goal but even more so just now. In trying to decipher what my life is doing I explained to someone, it is as if the normal ups and downs one has in life have been condensed into a very intensive experience and every day I am shaken into some recognition of new information or confirmation of something I have known or wondered about. It is all welcome, if sometimes tiring. Walking in the Botanic Gardens this morning was some kind of catalyst for these thoughts, while relaxing and reassuring me that the external world, unpredictable as it can be, can also be soothing and life affirming.
