For years I have had digestive difficulties and have been unable to eat bread or wheat items. Through the modern marvel that is blogging I have discovered that others have similar difficulties and promising solutions as well. Sourdough spelt bread has been a small miracle and added bread, albeit in modest quantities, back to our table. My husband is as happy as a dog with two tails!
I’ve also discovered baking with nut meal and gluten free flours to be very satisfying, though I’ve probably rejected as many recipes as I’ve kept.
